BPG operates in the international labor placement sector in Europe and the Americas, including countries such as Croatia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Spain, and Ukraine. We recruit and assign workers from South and Central America for our clients, primarily from countries like Mexico, Peru, Guatemala, Cuba, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, and Venezuela. We handle recruitment, as well as all aspects of employee provision and formal employment. We manage the screening process and requirements to facilitate the migration of candidates who meet the needs of contracting companies, including social security contributions and other formalities. BPG assumes full legal and social responsibility for the temporary workers employed, as well as any issues that may arise between the employee and the employing company related to their collaboration.
